Refund Policy

1. Billing cycles

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. The plan and price shown at checkout apply for the whole billing period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a period, except where required by law.

3. When we do refund

• Duplicate or erroneous charges.
• A billing error on our side.
• A sustained failure of the Service that we are unable to remedy, at our discretion.
• Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country grants a right of withdrawal.

4. When we do not refund

We do not generally refund because a plan was under-used, because the data did not suit a particular strategy, or for losses arising from trading decisions. Data quality issues originating from an upstream exchange or venue are not grounds for a refund, though we will always investigate and disclose what happened.

5. Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is charged for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

6. Crypto payments

Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset and network, at the amount received, less network fees. Because exchange rates move, the fiat value returned may differ from the fiat value at the time of payment. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the invoice number and reason. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved card refunds are returned via iyzico to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues are billing mistakes we can fix quickly. Accounts subject to a chargeback may be suspended pending resolution.
